This is a white LED flash driver IC that uses a step-up DC-D converter circuit with a fixed switching frequency of 2MHz. The switching elements are integrated. It can drive 1 white LED or 2 white LEDs in series. When driving one white LED, it can supply a maximum of 720mA; when driving two white LEDs, it can supply a maximum of 500mA and a total of 1A. It has a timeout timer function to prevent continuous supply of power to the LED, overvoltage/low voltage protection, overheat protection, and LED short circuit protection. In addition, there is a circuit that can drive the LEDs for the indicator. The current supplied to the LED and the supply time can be set via the I2C bus.
