Precautions for the pressure gauge in the purchase

The following points should be clarified in the procurement and ordering of general pressure gauges:

1. Name of the instrument: It should be clear that it is a general pressure gauge, an oxygen pressure gauge, an electric contact pressure gauge, an ammonia pressure gauge, etc.;

2, instrument model: different models for different manufacturers, but must be clearly written in the contract;

3, the outer diameter of the instrument: Φ40, Φ60, Φ100, Φ150, Φ200, Φ250;

4, installation method: radial, axial, with the front side, with the back side;

5. Measurement range:

Vacuum gauge - 0.1MPa

Pressure gauge - upper limit of measurement

Pressure vacuum - measurement range

6, accuracy level: 1.0; 1.6; 2.5; 4.0

7, joint thread: M10X1; M14X1.5; M20X1.5

In the procurement and ordering of special pressure gauges, in addition to the above points, the following points should be specified according to different pressure gauges:

1. Instrument name: diaphragm pressure gauge, anti-corrosion pressure gauge, shockproof pressure gauge, bellows pressure gauge, etc.

2. For the diaphragm pressure gauge:

a. According to different purposes, it should be clear that the filling liquid in the spring tube (silicone oil, glycerin, edible oil, fluorine oil, etc.)

b. According to the corrosion condition of the tested medium, the material of the diaphragm (such as SUS316, bismuth, titanium, Monel, Hastelloy, coating, etc.) should be clarified.

c. If flange connection, the flange implementation standard, size, material, etc. should be clarified.

3. For the seismic pressure gauge, the damping fluid (silicone oil, glycerin, etc.) in the case should be clearly defined.

4. The anti-corrosion pressure gauge should be based on the corrosiveness of the tested medium or the corrosiveness of the working environment, and the materials of the joints, spring tubes and case.
