Qualcomm has filed additional lawsuits against Apple’s illegal intervention in licensing agreements between Qualcomm and these manufacturers. Don Rosenberg, Qualcomm’s Executive Vice President and General Counsel, stated to the outside world: “Unfortunately, we have to sue these licensed companies that have a long-term relationship with us to ensure that the agreements between us can be fulfilled, but we We cannot allow these manufacturers and Apple companies to use our high-value intellectual property while not paying the fair and reasonable licensing fees that they have promised to pay.
