2. Project overview and scope of tender
2.1 Construction site: west of Datong South Road and north of Nanhuan Road, Tengzhou City, Shandong Province;
2.2 Bidding content: The planting of the garden, the ground hardening, the greening of the road paving, the landscape modeling, the garden lighting and other projects within the scope of the project drawings. (For details, please refer to the Bill of Quantities).
2.3 Plan duration: The total construction period is 90 calendar days (based on the actual start time).
2.4 Tender control price: 7,641,545.19 yuan
3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 Legally registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China, with independent legal personality, good financial status, business reputation, and compliance ability;
3.2 The bidder must have the qualification of urban gardening and greenery grade or above, and obtain the enterprise safety production license, and have corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds;
3.3 The project manager to be appointed must possess the qualification of secondary registered construction engineer of municipal engineering or the qualification of project manager of landscaping level II and above, and obtain the project owner's safety production assessment certificate [B certificate];
3.4. The Commonwealth does not accept bids from the Consortium.
