Purui Optoelectronics Introduces Micro SM4TM Surface Mount LED Components with Low Lighting Costs

Recently, Purui Optoelectronics announced the launch of the new Puri Optoelectronics Micro SM4TM surface mount LED module, which can reduce the lighting cost of commercial buildings and improve lighting effects.
This new product is a multi-chip chip package that significantly reduces the number, cost, complexity and size of components for diffuse and directional lights. Diffuse lamps and directional lamps are common in modern office and retail establishments. . It leverages Puri's advanced design and manufacturing technology to expand the company's portfolio of solid-state lighting solutions.
Micro SM4 is a light source similar to hot steam or hot filaments in fluorescent and incandescent lamps, with the exception of energy consumption, longevity and control. The Micro SM4 source is only 4.2 watts, but emits light equivalent to a 20-40 watt incandescent lamp or a 20-35 watt B10 halogen lamp, and has a lifespan of several thousand hours. The Micro SM4 assembly also produces high flux densities in a small space, allowing designers, architects and luminaire manufacturers to design and decorate interior spaces with greater freedom.
Although the Micro SM4 module is only 4.2 watts, it can emit 330-500 lumens of light. The color temperature includes warm white (2700-3000 Kelvin) and cool white (5600 Kelvin). The Micro SM4 component will provide a minimum color rendering index (CRI) of 80-90 and a third-order MacAdam Ellipse (3SDCM) color selection for warm white products. The new Micro SM4 LED source also incorporates the latest advancements in gallium nitride (GaN) film growth technology, chip design and automated packaging technology.
The Micro SM4's compact size and directional light quality and color effects provide an advantage for MeLiTec's new directional light products. For products that typically use discrete LED lamps, components can be saved with this less space-consuming surface mount package. This 20-40 watt replacement product segment accounts for $1 billion in the $100 billion lighting market.
