LED as a non-strobe, no ultraviolet radiation, no electromagnetic radiation, low thermal radiation and other characteristics, coupled with the application of light diffusion technology to eliminate glare, making it a true healthy light source. 1, no frequency flash source. We change the luminous flux of the electric light source with the AC power supply voltage periodically, and the resulting light and dark flashes are called stroboscopic. According to the stroboscopic research on the teaching, office, production and living environment of lighting and health medical institutions such as the Medical Research Center of the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom and the Vienna Headquarters of the International Commission on Illumination, the stroboscopic phenomenon is objective and long-term and subtle. Incandescent lamps, fluorescent lamps, trichromatic fluorescent lamps, and energy-saving lamps have varying degrees of ultraviolet radiation. The luminous efficiency of luminaires and backlight assemblies has exceeded the luminous efficiency of conventional fluorescent lamps and the like. The successful application of the LED landscape lighting of the "Bird's Nest" and "Water Cube" of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and the LED large display screen showed us that LED has entered the era of professional lighting and general lighting. Conditions: (1) The length of the road is 10Km, the street lamp is 1PCS / 30m, and the total number of street lamps is 666PCS; (2) The power of the high-pressure sodium lamp is 250W/PCS, and the power of the LED street lamp is 100W/PCS, which achieves the same brightness; (3) The unit price of high-pressure sodium lamp is 1000 yuan RMB/PCS, and the price of LED street lamp is 5000 yuan RMB/PCS; (4) The high-pressure sodium lamp needs to be replaced 8 times in 10 years, and the LED street lamp only needs to be installed once in 10 years; (5) Configure the transmission cable according to the power. It is proposed to increase the luminous efficiency of LEDs to more than 200 lm/w by 2010, which will provide favorable conditions for the development of ultra-normal development for the middle and lower reaches of the industrial chain.
