The ABBi-bus intelligent lighting system architecture is based on the C/S two-layer network structure. The management network is built on the IEEE802.3 standard Ethernet (Ethernet) platform, using TCP/IP protocol, upper management server workstations, network hubs, etc. The VLAN technology is incorporated into the ground operating network of the T3 terminal building, and the physical link of the network utilizes an integrated wiring system.
By using the data of AODB (AirportOperationDatabase) to automatically control the lighting, that is: remote control, setting and adjusting the lighting scene of the public area; at the same time, the status information can be obtained from the lighting control system, so that the owner can understand which luminaires or loops are faulty and which areas The lighting time exceeds the normal occupation time. The accumulated time and fault information about the use of the luminaire will be sent to the ground operation network management system, which greatly facilitates the ground operation and maintenance management.
The integrated OPC server accepts the unified clock signal of the T3 terminal through NTP (NetworkTimeProtoco), and can automatically time all the terminal devices of the system.
The project is controlled by a total of 56,000 lighting circuits (including general lighting and emergency lighting), including 550 dimming circuits, 620 fan coils, and 430 roof snow melting devices.
The project uses a total of 288 IP gateways (IG/S) of various input and output modules, detectors, and intelligent panels totaling 12,000. The IP gateway is connected to the PC management station through high-speed Ethernet. The OPCserver and the visual management software run separately. Two independent OPC management stations are integrated through OPCserver and BMS building management system.
The lighting control system can realize automatic switching and manual switching of lights, decentralized and centralized control, remote control, delay control, timing control, human body induction, light sensing control, infrared control, linkage control with other equipment systems, and scientific and reasonable control methods. Easy to operate, reduce maintenance personnel, save energy, and compare and calculate before and after the trial operation phase, the electricity cost can be saved by 40,000 to 50,000 yuan per day.
