Tesla Autopilot 2.0: Has moved to the "Fifth Level" level

Yesterday, Tesla released the second DEMO video, showing the 2.0 version of autonomous driving.

Not long ago, Tesla released a new version of the autopilot system "Autopilot 2.0". The new system can cover all Tesla electric vehicles, and it is said that its automatic driving has reached the level of "Level 5". This level allows the driver to completely touch the car.

Tesla has become a global leader in autonomous driving R&D. Previously, the company introduced a demo video introducing the new version of Autopilot 2.0. However, the media said that the video "does not understand." A few days ago, Tesla launched the second demo video, and the related experience is indeed amazing.

According to the US tech news website Engadget, this demo video shows some of the scenes that the new self-driving electric car sees or analyzes on the road.

Throughout the video, various cameras and sensors on an electric vehicle can monitor many objects on the road at the same time, such as road traffic lines, signal signs, street lights, pedestrians, and various vehicles traveling on the road. Along the way, Tesla experienced different turns and passed the relatively crowded and complicated roads on its own. On a section with fewer vehicles, the car has a top speed of 35 miles (approximately 56 kilometers). After arriving at the destination, the driver got off the bus and Tesla made an automatic parking and drove into a parking space on the side of the road.

Thanks to Tesla Vision

To take full advantage of Tesla's high-performance camera, Autopilot 2.0 hardware introduces a new Tesla Vision, a vision processing tool developed by Tesla.

Based on deep neural networks, Tesla Vision enables professional deconstruction analysis of the driving environment and is more reliable than traditional vision processing techniques. With Tesla Vision cameras, sensors and computing power, this Tesla can detect roads, vehicles, street lights, pedestrians and the environment on both sides of the road at the same time.

In the right half of the video, the world is "observed" by the left rear view camera, the forward view camera, and the right rear view camera. In these different color brackets, these cameras represent the detection and tracking of various objects and perform scene analysis.

At the bottom left of the video, green stands for "sports sequence", orange and lavender for "lane line", green bounding box for "object in front of the vehicle", khaki for "street light", blue frame for "other lane objects" ", purple represents the "traffic sign."

The new kit is equipped with ultrasonic radar and forward radar. The three cameras mounted behind the windshield complete the coverage of the front field of view:

Main view camera: maximum distance of 150 meters, 50° field of view;

Narrow-view camera: maximum distance of 250 meters, 35° field of view;

Wide-view camera: maximum distance of 60 meters, 150° field of view;

The media pointed out that the auto-driving presented in this video is impressive, the vehicle can fully sense the world around it, and even in complex road conditions, the car personnel do not need to touch the steering wheel at all.

Of course, the autopilot process in the demo is not perfect. At 1 minute and 32 seconds, the vehicle had an unnecessary emergency stop due to pedestrians on the side of the road (in the safe area).

In addition, this is just an autonomous driving experience under ideal road conditions. It remains to be seen whether it will be possible to achieve automatic driving fluency in the demo video in bad road conditions (such as snow and night driving).

Among global technology companies or automotive companies, Tesla is the first company to put autonomous driving or assisted driving into practical applications. However, this year’s accident caused the company’s autopilot system to die, and Tesla began to further upgrade the autopilot system. Tesla's head, Musk, also believes that the application of autonomous driving will only reduce road traffic accidents and deaths, which will be the future trend.

KNB6-63 Miniature Circuit Breaker

KNB6-63 Mini Circuit breakers, also named as the air switch which have a short for arc extinguishing device. It is a switch role, and also is a automatic protection of low-voltage electrical distribution. Its role is equivalent to the combination of switch. Fuse. Thermal Relay and other electrical components. It mainly used for short circuit and overload protection. Generally, According to the poles, mini Circuit breaker can be divided into 1P , 1P+N , 2P, 3P and 4P.
