It is comfortable, energy-saving and environmentally friendly. Flexible, no maintenance required.

1. Lay the insulation layer polystyrene insulation board. Polystyrene insulation boards should be laid on a flat, clean structural surface. When laying, it should be cut neatly and without gaps, and the adhesive tape should be applied smoothly between the insulation boards. When the area is more than 30 square meters, or the side length exceeds 6 meters, the expansion joint is required in principle, and the corner insulation should be installed along the periphery of the outer wall, and the material polystyrene insulation board.

2. Laying steel wire mesh. The steel mesh is laid on the polyester vacuum aluminized film, and the joints are bundled with a tie-wrap. The steel mesh should be overlapped and fastened. (If fixing the cable with a staple or fixing the heating cable with a fixing tape, the wire mesh should be laid in the egg (bean) stone concrete filling layer)

3. Lay the heating cable. The heating cable must be laid on the steel wire mesh according to the requirements of the design drawings. The error is ≤±10mm and the minimum bending radius is 5 times the cable diameter. The heating cable should be beautiful and straight. Do not drop the heating cable. Fixing method: Fix the heating cable to the wire mesh with a strap or a plastic clip. Note: The heating wire part must be laid on the upper part of the ground insulation layer. It is not allowed to overlap each other. The heating cable is not allowed to be recessed into the benzene board. There is a clear stone at the hot and cold line joint.

4, heating cable test: After the heating cable is laid, check whether it meets the design requirements according to the drawings and use the multimeter and shake table (500M) to test the nominal resistance and insulation resistance of each cable to ensure that the heating cable has no open circuit or short circuit. Before pouring the egg (bean) stone concrete, it must be energized to detect the heating effect of the heating cable.

5. Pouring the egg (bean) stone concrete filling layer. Pebble concrete strength grade ≥ C15, pebble grain diameter 5-12mm, filling layer thickness should be ≥ 35mm and uniform. When there is special requirement thickness "35mm, a layer of steel mesh should be added in the concrete filling layer or added in concrete. Cracking agent to increase the strength of the filling layer; when the pebble concrete enters the laying area, it must be transported by a pad, and the cart and other tools cannot directly press the heating cable; after the concrete is poured, the wooden tool is used to gently compact, no rough and rough; the filling layer is completed. During the last 48 hours, the person is not allowed to step on the ground. The ground after the filling layer is completed is strictly prohibited from being dug and heavy.

6. Cable retest: After the filling layer is completed, use a multimeter and a shaker (500M) to test each cable to check whether the heating cable is damaged during the filling layer construction process.

7, the thermostat installation. It should be installed before the project is delivered to avoid damage; the installation and operation instructions of the thermostat shall prevail during installation; after installation, it shall be energized and tested; after testing, wrap it with tape to avoid damage.
