Inspur Huaguang will push large-size reverse polarity red LED new products

Inspur Huaguang officially launched a new large-size reverse polarity red LED in August. The new reverse polarity red LED products are currently available in 32*32mil and 24*24mil sizes. There will be other sizes tailored to customer needs. All of them are manufactured using the company's proprietary intellectual property rights. It reaches 70lm/W or more.

From the technical point of view, the W technology used by Inspur Huaguang reverse polarity red LED represents the highest level of the company's red LED technology. It has won the National Innovation Product Award and the third prize of Shandong Science and Technology Progress Award. Its process advantages are concentrated in the current expansion process, the special structure design of the bonded mirror layer and the nanotechnology processing of the chip surface. This whole process makes the external quantum efficiency of the chip increase by more than 15%; and the heat dissipation performance is good, effectively improving the light efficiency and the service life of the chip.

Inspur Huaguang is currently the only company in China that has independent intellectual property rights and reverse polarity red light technology. However, the high-power red light is currently only available in the mainland. Inspur Huaguang has this mature technology, and the performance of the chip is comparable to that of Taiwan's similar chips.

The new large-size reverse-polarity red LEDs introduced this time can be selected according to different needs of customers, including vertical structure and double-electrode structure, suitable for single-lamp package and integrated package. Among them, the bare crystal brightness of 32*32mil chip can reach 12000mcd, and the luminous flux after packaging is above 50lm. The bare crystal brightness of 24*24mil chip can reach 4000mcd, which can be used in high-power RGB, lighting and other fields.

At present, the new products of the department have completed the import of small-volume customers, and the customer feedback is good. It was fully introduced to the market in August. Due to the high cost performance of the new products and the stability of various process performances, it is expected to become the new profit growth point of Inspur Huaguang.
