In 1996, the Chinese government proposed to implement green lighting projects to promote the use of energy-saving lamps. Energy-saving lamps are the common name for self-ballasted fluorescent lamps for general lighting. The high-quality energy-saving lamp has the characteristics of high luminous efficiency, long life and compact structure. It can directly replace the incandescent bulb, and its luminous efficiency and life should be more than 6 times that of ordinary incandescent bulbs. Therefore, vigorously promoting the use of energy-saving lamps is of great significance to the sustainable development of China's economy.
China is a big producer of energy-saving lamps, with advanced technology, equipment and quality control. The export volume of products accounts for a large proportion in the global market. However, due to various reasons, the energy-saving lamp products sold in the domestic market have presented the status quo of “saving electricity and not saving moneyâ€, which has affected the promotion and use of energy-saving lamps.
In order to promote the orderly development of the energy-saving lamp market, improve the quality of energy-saving lamps, and provide the society with objective and practical energy-saving lamp product quality, performance and price information, mobilize the enthusiasm of consumers to choose and use energy-saving lamps, China Consumers Association Cooperate with Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong Consumers Association (Committee) to entrust the national electric light source quality supervision and inspection center (Beijing) to 23 brands of energy-saving lamps sold in the market, refer to GB/T17263-2002 for general lighting Self-ballasted fluorescent lamp performance requirements" standard, test and compare related technical indicators such as power, color tolerance, initial light efficiency, 2000-hour lumen maintenance rate, and release information to the public. The results of the comparative test are detailed in the Annex - "List of Comparative Test Results for Energy Saving Lamps" (results are only responsible for the samples of the product).
The comparative test data shows that although 23 samples are in compliance with the national mandatory safety index requirements, there are differences in the performance indicators of the samples, and the purchase prices are also quite different. Among the 23 samples, there were 22 effective samples. The one of the Nike brand samples produced by Zhongshan Nide Lighting Co., Ltd. was not able to complete all the experiments and could not be compared.
The comparative test mainly reflects the following aspects:
1. The measured power value of most samples is close to or equal to the nominal value.
Power determines the power consumption. The smaller the difference between the test value and the product label value, the higher the control parameter of the product. After testing, the measured values ​​of 15 of the 22 samples were close to or equal to the labeled values.
2. The actual illuminating color of most samples matches the color of the label
The color tolerance is the difference between the color of the energy-saving lamp and the color of the product. If the color tolerance is large, the actual illuminating color of the lamp will be inconsistent with the color of the light that the consumer wishes to obtain, and when the energy-saving lamp of the same color is ignited at the same time, visual discomfort and fatigue may occur due to a large color tolerance.
The color of the energy-saving lamp is generally marked on the package. The recommended color expression of the energy-saving lamps used by the country is: RR stands for daylight color, RZ stands for neutral white light, RL stands for cool white, RB stands for white, RN warm white, and RD stands for incandescent light. Because there are no mandatory regulations in the country, some products use Chinese to indicate the color of the light.
