H2 hybrid generator·takeoff check list

The total takeoff weight cannot exceed 19 kg or less, which is subject to the H2 instruction manual. Weighing before each takeoff.

Check the gasoline/lubricant mix ratio 25:1

1. Press the carburetor clear oil bubble until there are no air bubbles in the blue (in) tubing.

2. The three-position switch is dialed to the middle “idle” position.

3. Check the control box green light.

4. If it is a green light, close the damper. In the case of a heat engine, it is not necessary to close the damper.

5. Start the engine for 2~3 seconds and immediately exit the starter when you hear the fire.

6. Open the damper. Start the engine for 2~3 seconds. Immediately exit the starter when you hear the fire. If it does not start, start the engine again for 2~3 seconds. Do not always start for more than 5 seconds.

7. Turn the three-position switch to the “Run” position and observe the UAV input voltage of 49.5V. The heat engine is for 1 minute.

8. If everything is ok, take off.

9. In case of maneuver or crosswind voltage will drop 2~3V. If the voltage drops quickly below 45V, special care is required. Landing inspection if necessary. Use the standard fuel level sensor to monitor the remaining fuel, or buy the handheld oil level display DISPLAY.

(Prohibition of fuel exhaustion, air fuel exhaustion shutdown will seriously damage H2, not covered by warranty)

10. After the landing, the three-position switch is dialed to the middle "idle speed" position.

11. The "Idle" position is waiting for cooling for 30 seconds. Turn the three-position control switch to the “off” position and the H2 system will automatically turn off.

12. If there is any remaining fuel, completely discharge the fuel before transporting or packaging. If you want to take off again, confirm the takeoff weight again.
