Microsoft Announces Developer's Edition MR Headset PC Configuration Requirements
At this week's Build 2017 conference, Microsoft and partners ASUS, Acer, Dell and others discussed the upcoming Windows 10 MR headline. The minimum configuration listed by Microsoft for the developer version of the MR header is very close to the recommended configuration given by the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive. Since the developer's version requires much more computer configuration than the consumer version, it's hard to believe that a dual-core i5 processor can handle everything. Of course, Microsoft also said that this is only the minimum PC hardware requirements, and stronger graphics processing capabilities will allow users to obtain a better MR experience.
